How we use the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
This website collects personal details only when you choose to send them through one of three forms:
- Admission enquiry — parent's name, student's name, the class and option you are interested in, a phone number and, optionally, an email address and message.
- Contact form — your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
- Alumni registration — your name, batch year, phone number, email address and, optionally, your current occupation and city.
The site uses only essential cookies: a security (anti-forgery) cookie on pages with forms, and a sign-in cookie for school staff who use the administration area. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
Details from the admission enquiry and contact forms are used to reply to you. Alumni registrations are used to keep in touch with former students about the Golden Jubilee and alumni gatherings. Alumni phone numbers and email addresses are never shown on the website.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in the school website's database and are visible only to authorised school staff. They are not sold or shared with third parties.
Your choices
You may ask the school to correct or remove your details at any time by writing to sshssndkm1978@gmail.com.
Photographs
Photographs of school events are published by the school. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, please contact the school office.
